Customer Story: Riding Meghalaya on Himalayans

Anirban and two college friends booked the Royal Enfield Himalayan pair for a 5-day Meghalaya riding loop — self-drive, full tank, GoPro ready. We asked him three questions.

Why self-drive instead of a chauffeur?

“For us the ride IS the trip. We wanted to stop every twenty minutes for photos. But the fuel-toll math honestly scared us — the estimator on your booking form was why we trusted you guys.”

— Anirban, Kolkata

How did the fuel actually work out?

We filled about 42 litres each over 900 km with luggage — the estimator had said roughly 38–45. Close enough to budget. Returned both bikes full, deposit back on UPI the same evening at drop-off.

Would you book again?

Already planning Arunachal next spring — but that one we will take with a driver. Respect to anyone who rides to Tawang themselves!
